- What is the fundraiser (e.g. car wash, raffle, etc)
- What is the fundraiser for (e.g. band competition, travel expenses, etc)
- What is the cost for a ticket (optional)
- Date / Time of the fundraiser
- Location of the Fundraiser (e.g. HAPO, Yoke's, etc)
